1.The body of the sj7-1o pressure reducer is made of brass.
The two-stage pressure relief system is basically similar in structure, and consists of valve jack, pressure regulating spring, elastic membrane device, pressure relief door and other components. The first stage decompression system is mainly used to automatically reduce the high pressure gas to medium pressure gas, to 2 MPa pressure, and then into the second stage decompression system.

In the secondary decompression system, when the pressure regulating screw is screwed, the pressure reducing valve is opened and closed in different degrees by means of the pressure spring, the elastic membrane assembly and the valve Jack rod, so as to adjust the pressure reducing degree of the oxygen supplied by the first decompression system or stop the gas supply.

2. The thread size at the inlet joint of Qd-1 type pressure reducer is 315.875mm, the inner diameter of the joint is 5.5mm, the inner diameter of the outlet joint is 6mm, and the flow rate is 80m3/h. The decompressor itself is also equipped with a high-pressure oxygen meter and a low-pressure oxygen meter, indicating the pressure in the high-pressure chamber (i.e. in the oxygen cylinder) and the low-pressure chamber (i.e. the working pressure). The range of the high pressure oxygen meter is. One 25MPa. The range of the low pressure oxygen meter is 0-v4mpao

When the qd-1 type decompressor is used, when the adjusting screw is turned clockwise, the decompression valve can be opened, and the hyperbaric oxygen flows into the low pressure chamber from the gap. As oxygen expands in the low pressure chamber, pressure decreases, that is, decompression.

3.sj7-10 double-stage pressure reducer inlet joint nut thread size is g15.875mm, joint diameter size is 7mm, outlet joint diameter size can be selected according to different needs 5mm or 9mm. The range of the high-pressure oxygen meter installed on the body is 0-25mpa, and the range of the low pressure oxygen meter is 0-4mpa.
