1, The MD-3500 curve PCB depaneling machine is developed and produced by our company. It is a device that divides multi-connected PCB according to programming path by using high-speed rotary milling cutter. Widely used in digital, communication, lighting and other fields. Improve the slabs of manual fascia, V-CUT, punching, etc, improve quality and reduce scrap.
2, The MD-3500 curve PCB depaneling machine adopts negative pressure down-suction structure. The suction outlet is located under the carrier fixture to make a negative pressure inside the fixture, and the dust generated when the cutting board is easily removed. The drum type dust removal structure is built in the bottom of the machine, which perfectly solves the dust trouble of the cutting board, achieves small space and low noise production, and energy consumption is less than 1/2 of the same equipment, saving the limited production space of the workshop. The dual-table servo control system has extremely high stability and cutting precision of ±0.01mm, which meets various cutting requirements and guarantees production quality.

Teaching-style programming, Short time for changing line, improve production efficiency. A person with a certain computer operation basis can operate the machine independently with simple training.
