The CLF-4 coarse-grain flotation machine has two types of DC tank and suction tank. The main difference is the impeller structure (Fig. 2). The DC tank adopts a single blade impeller, which cooperates with the tank body to generate a large circulation of the slurry in the tank, and the effect of dispersing air is good. The suction groove adopts a bidirectional blade impeller, which is an upper blade which increases the suction effect on the basis of the DC groove impeller. The blades of both impellers are inclined backward by a certain angle, but the lower blade height of the suction impeller is smaller than that of the direct current type. Practice has proved that the impeller stirring force of this structure is weak, and the slurry circulation is large, the power consumption is low, and the combination of the tank body and the grid plate fully ensures the suspension and air dispersion of the coarse-grained mineral.
The characteristics of the CLF-4 coarse-grain flotation machine are as follows: 1 The new impeller certain subsystem and the new slurry circulation mode are adopted.
