Torque wrench notes:

Before turning on the power, check whether the power supply voltage matches the nameplate of the product and if there is a grounding device. When the power supply voltage exceeds +10%, the voltage regulator should be used, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the guarantee. Poor grounding can cause accidents.

The ambient temperature of the tool is -10°C to 40°C. If the temperature is too high or too low, the accuracy will be affected.

The initial torque of the screwed bolt must not be greater than 70% of the rated torque of the tool. Do not re-tighten bolts after reaching the rated torque.

When a tool is used to remove a bolt, its torque must not exceed the rated torque value. Under normal circumstances, this wrench is not a bolt that is tightened or has severe corrosion. Do not remove it with this wrench to avoid damage to the tool.

When changing the rotation direction, it must be done after the motor stops rotating. It is strictly prohibited to toggle the forward and reverse switches during operation. 6. Torque wrench operation precautions:

The size of the bolt diameter has a certain influence on the control accuracy. In the construction, the same type of bolt connection is used to pay the calibration torque value, and after a period of time, the inspection calibration should also be performed.

Turn idle for 3-5 minutes before starting work. If you find that the motor is sparking, the sound is abnormal, and the torque is unstable during the operation, check the machine immediately and do not take the sick job.

Regular cleaning and replacement of grease, generally after 5,000 times of operation, should be a cleaning and refueling, in order to extend the service life.

The power switches, carbon brushes, fuses on the controller, etc. on the main unit are all consumable parts and are prone to failure. They should be inspected and replaced in a timely manner.

If you find that the screws on the tool are loose during use, tighten them in time.
