The working principle of soil moisture temperature measuring instrument: The instrument emits a signal with a certain frequency, the signal source probe transmits, reaches the soil end, because the impedance mismatch causes part of the signal to be reflected back to the transmission line, thus forming a standing wave superposition with the original signal, due to the reflectance Dependent on the dielectric constant of the soil, the dielectric constant of the soil is in a linear relationship with the water content of the soil, so that the standing wave superposition signal can be detected to obtain the soil moisture content.
Instrument use steps:
1. Hand-held instrument, press "Power" key to boot, LCD display "TZS-I Moisture Measurement Instrument / Hangzhou Top Instrument"; press "Power" key again to shut down.
2. Instrument connection: The upper left side of the LCD screen is connected with the temperature sensor, and the right interface is connected with the moisture sensor, and the probe is inserted into the measured object. After the digital is stable, the displayed number is the moisture value of the measured object.
3. Connect the sensor correctly. Press the “Measure†button to make the measurement. The instrument will start the automatic measurement and display the moisture and temperature data. LCD display:

When the battery is low, the instrument will prompt “low voltage†information and it is necessary to replace the battery in time.
