1. People engaged in high-altitude operations must undergo regular physical examinations. Those suffering from severe heart disease, high blood pressure, anaemia, and others who do not adapt to high-altitude operations must not engage in high-altitude operations.
2. All holes in the aerial work site of aerial vehicles must be reinforced with a solid cover, fence or safety net.
