From the Hampshire Fire Protection District:
The Hampshire FPD responded to a serious vehicle accident involving a car that crashed into a tree near Harmony, just north of Kelley Road, earlier this afternoon on November 2nd, 2018. The incident caused significant damage to the vehicle, and one individual was successfully extricated from the wreckage. The injured person was transported by ambulance to an Elgin hospital for further medical treatment. Due to the severity of the situation and the fact that multiple calls were being handled simultaneously, we received valuable assistance from the Burlington and Pingree Grove Fire Protection Districts.
