The Broadview Fire Department recently held a live fire training session on Thursday at the intersection of Filmore and 17th Street. The exercise involved setting controlled room fires in an empty house, which eventually led to a fully involved structure after several hours of intense operations. Tim Olk was present and captured a series of compelling images showcasing the firefighters, their equipment, and the dynamic scenes unfolding during the training. Additional departments from MABAS Division 20 also participated, making it a collaborative effort that highlighted teamwork and preparedness.
Tim has put together an extensive gallery of photos from the event, which you can view [here](#). These images provide a rare look into the intensity and professionalism of the training, offering a valuable educational resource for both emergency responders and the public.
