When we decide to purchase an electronic truck scale and choose a good truck scale, the first thing to do next is the step of the basic engineering installation of the electronic truck scale, which is divided into eight steps.
First, the basic structure of electronic truck scale (floor scale) is divided into two types: shallow pit and pitless pit. Our company provides users with plan drawings according to user needs.
Second, the user according to the basic plan provided, combined with on-site geological conditions, and then carry out construction plans. Three issues must be specially addressed in the construction plan:
(1) The basic bearing capacity (ground endurance) requirement is not less than 20t/m2. If the on-site geological conditions do not meet this requirement, reinforcement must be done.
(2) The basic excavation must dig below the local frozen soil line.
(3) For shallow foundation pits, drainage channels must be provided. Without foundation pits, the surrounding drainage problem should also be taken into account to ensure that truck scales will not be flooded into the water due to rain.
Third, the basic concrete longitudinal and horizontal reinforcement mesh needs to tie more than 50% of the intersection with 16# iron wire, and use the steel bar to connect to each iron floor (use as weighing sensor ground wire).
Fourth, the basic construction of embedded parts (iron floor, anchor bolts, angle iron edge protection, etc.) by the user-owned. During the construction, measures must be taken to ensure the correct position of the anchor bolts and the iron floor. For this reason, it is recommended to adopt the method of secondary irrigation to locate, and it is necessary to ensure that no void is formed between the iron floor and the concrete. During the construction, it is necessary to ensure that the level and elevation of each iron floor comply with the requirements of the basic scheme drawings. The difference in the height of the center of each iron floor should be less than 2mm, the horizontal inclination of the iron floor should be less than 1/500, and the diagonal deviation of the center distance of each iron floor should be less than 2mm.
5. After the basic construction is completed, maintenance must be taken care of. In order to shorten the construction period and maintenance time, it is allowed to add "early strength agent" to the concrete during construction. The scale platform shall not be installed when the concrete does not reach the program strength.
6. The pound room solution of the electronic truck scale is determined by the user according to actual needs: a ground wire and 220V power supply must be set up in the pound room for use by the weighing control instrument. The pound room must be near the weighing platform. Special circumstances need to be informed in advance with our company.
7. Users in northern regions should consider the issue of heating in winter. Conditional users are advised to use air conditioning or heating, and coal stoves must not be installed in pound rooms.
8. The signal cable from the weighing platform is led out from the weighing platform and enters the pound room through the metal pipe. It is recommended to use a metal pipe and put on the iron lead of the cable at the same time.
