Mercedes-Benz's global sales growth in August reached 11.8%, setting a new record for single-month sales in August. At the same time, Mercedes-Benz's global sales have shown growth for 42 consecutive months. Last month, the new E-class delivered a total of 17,000 units; the GLC, GLE and GLA levels sold a total of 56,286 units, a year-on-year increase of 39.3%.

BMW ranked second with 142,554 units, an increase of 5% year-on-year. In August, the new BMW 7 Series sold more than 5,000 units, three times the sales of the same period last year. The new BMW X1 sold a total of 16,612 units last month, and the sales of X3, X4 and X5 also showed a significant growth trend.

Audi once again ranked third with sales of 132,350 units, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%. Among them, the new A4 sold 12,850 units in the European market, an increase of 60.1% year-on-year. The Q3, A3 and A4L are the three most popular models in the Chinese market. In the US market, Q series models sold 9,004 units last month, an increase of 9.1% year-on-year.

The heat of the SUV model has greatly improved the market performance of the Mercedes-Benz SUV.
