This is from Dennis McGuire, Jr.

The Alsip Fire Department, along with the Garden Homes Fire Protection District and the Homewood Acres Fire Protection District, conducted a controlled burn in Alsip, Illinois, at the intersection of 120th Street and Hamlin Avenue. The event was part of a month-long training exercise designed to simulate real-world fire scenarios.
Before the final burn, each department carried out multiple smaller training drills inside the house. I arrived near the end of the process and was able to capture the final stages of this extensive preparation. It was a great opportunity to witness the teamwork and coordination between these local fire departments as they worked together to ensure safety and efficiency during the operation.
