

The YZJLQD PP strap manufacturing machine is a comprehensive system that includes a forced extruder (main machine), cooling tank, first stretching unit, wind heat stretching oven, second stretching unit, character printer, embossing machine, light-heat shaping oven, water tank for shaping, third stretching unit, and a lightweight curler. The installation follows a standard layout to ensure smooth technological process flow as shown in the figure below.

Product Show

1. The main machine drive consists of a frequency control motor and a special hard-tooth surface reducer designed for plastic extruding machines. The forming part includes a screw feed barrel, frame head, and die. Raw materials are heated from the hopper to the screw feed barrel, resulting in an extruded block.
2. The stretching unit comprises a frequency control motor, belt drive, carry-over pinch roll, and band press device. This unit conveys the shaped strapping band from the oven to the embossing roller, producing the final formed band.
3. The circulating wind heat stretching oven unit consists of a drying room, adjustable band winding roller, heater, built-in tension device, and fan. It is used to heat the raw block. When the temperature is suitable for stretching, the material is stretched and shaped in the oven. This machine uses a reciprocating band winding structure, which makes the total length of the heating line more than four times the size of the heating box. The circulating wind heat system helps maintain a stable indoor temperature, improving heat efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
4. The lightweight curler consists of a torque motor, belt drive, gear drive, band winding spool, and travel rod. By adjusting the gear ratio, different products can be wound. The curler winds the finished products and separates them into individual pieces with the desired shape and quality.
