

The YZJLQD PP strap manufacturing machine is a complete system designed to produce high-quality plastic strapping. It consists of a forced extruder (main machine), cooling tank, first stretching unit, wind heat stretching oven, second stretching unit, character printer, embossing machine, light-heat shaping oven, water tank for shaping, third stretching unit, and a lightweight curler. The installation is arranged in a logical order, following the technological process as shown in the figure below.

The main machine drive includes a frequency control motor and a special hard tooth-surface reducer for plastic extruding machines. The forming part consists of a screw feed barrel, frame head, and die. Raw materials are heated from the hopper to the screw feed barrel, and then extruded into a rough block. The stretching unit includes a frequency control motor, belt drive, carry-over pinch roll, and band press device. This system conveys the shaped strap through the oven to the embossing roller, where it is formed into the final product. The circulating wind heat stretching oven contains a drying room, adjustable band winding roller, heater, built-in tension device, and fan. This system heats the rough block and stretches it when the temperature is suitable. The reciprocating band winding structure ensures that the heating line is more than four times the length of the heating box body, improving heat utilization and reducing energy consumption. The lightweight curler consists of a torque motor, belt drive, gear drive, band winding spool, and travel rod. Different speed ratios are achieved through gears, allowing for various products to be wound. The curler winds the finished products and separates them into single pieces with the desired shape and quality.
