1. After the swing gate is powered on, the swing arm is turned back and forth or after the gate is open to determine whether the limit photoelectric switch is working properly. The Xingshun An limit switch is not affected by strong light.

Detection method: cover the chassis cover; if you need to open the chassis or movement cover, please use a metal object to block the limit sensing area if there is light, not bright, it is broken, after the metal object is removed, the red light goes out, not extinguish is bad of. The object covers the limit photoelectric switch for debugging.

2 test limit photoelectric switch:

A, check the zero, left open, right limit in place photoelectric switch power supply! Check 4PIN thread head loose or poor contact;

B. After entering the debugging menu P00, turn the brake shaft to drive the light block to block the optocoupler of the limit optoelectronic switch with left open position, zero position and right open position in order. When the optocoupler is disconnected, the indicator light is on and the output voltage of the swing gate is high. For +12V, otherwise the limit photoelectric switch has been damaged;

3 Check whether the connection between the limit photoelectric switch and the main board is reliable;

The limit photoelectric switch and connection are normal and the motherboard is damaged.

4. After the gate is opened, the swing gate will not be reset or will be reset immediately after it is opened. When the pedestrian passes the gate, the gate will not be reset immediately or the gate will be in a locked state or will be reset immediately after it is opened: The swing gate detection method: First, the detection If the signal is output, the L2 or L4 indicator on the main board will become bright, otherwise the main board will be damaged. Check whether the main board parameter setting P08 is set to have memory;

5. After the swing gate gives valid gate open signal, there is no action on the gate. 1) The indicator light on the main board is normal. When a valid gate open signal is given, the L7 or L8 indicator will flash intermittently and the direction indicator will turn into a green arrow. (There are 2 Signals in different directions): No function of the swing gate sensor: Detection method: Detect the output voltage of the PC and PD of the PX terminal (AC18V), and check whether the fuse of the F2 (3A) is blown; if it is normal, check the MA and MB of the DX terminal. Is there a voltage output (DC24V) at both ends, and if there is an output, check whether the motor connection is disconnected; if the motor is damaged;

2) The main board indicator light is off, LED digital tube is not displayed:

Detection method: Detect the voltage output of the PX terminal's PA and PB (AC12V); detect whether the F1 (2A) fuse is blown. If all of the above are normal, it is determined that the motherboard is damaged;

6. On-line use of a partition on the photoelectric switch to open the gate 1) Check whether the swing gate online connection is not one-to-one correspondence;

2) Check the menu function setting of the main board, P04 menu setting function selection (For details, please refer to the menu debugging instructions).

7. When the swing gate is open, the two gates are not synchronized.

1) The two swing gate gates have different time settings (see the system parameter setting operation instructions) to check the P03, P17 time parameters;

2) Check the line, if the line is loose or unwelded.

8. When the swing switch is powered off, the pendulum arm is set to be infinite and the power is reversed after the pendulum arm is reversed. 1) The voltage of the battery is detected (not less than DC8V, and less than 8V is required to replace the battery);

2) Check if the circuit is loose or disconnected. Check the voltage output (DC12V) of MA and MB of the CON1 terminal of the power-down control board. Otherwise, the power-off control board will be damaged.

3) Detect left and right open-position limit photoelectric switches and mainboards, respectively.

4) The movement gap is too large, causing the swing arm to move so that the light block moves. After the swing gate is powered on, the limit signal is not detected and the motor is reversed.
