At this stage, the large-scale tuna purse seine fishing equipment localization project jointly developed by Jiesheng Marine Equipment and the Fisheries Machinery and Instrument Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and the National Oceanic Fisheries Engineering Technology Research Center has made breakthrough progress. The technical research on key equipment such as net winch, power block and float ball tractor is aimed at developing the advanced technology supporting equipment and system for the domestic ocean-going seine fishing boat with good performance, convenient operation, flexible maneuverability and strong load resistance. To prepare technically for the development of domestic ocean-going purse seine fishing boats, to change the backward situation of the current offshore fishing vessels with the modification of second-hand vessels and old vessels, improve fishing efficiency, improve crew labor intensity, increase competitiveness, and change China's marine fishery shipbuilding capacity. The project is derived from the contract for the "Tuna Fence Ship Deck Machinery and Equipment" signed by Jiesheng Marine Equipment and Taiwan Qingfu Shipbuilding. The contract covers a total of 55 sets of equipment. The technical parameters of the project are derived from its technical agreement. Among them, the fence winch, power block and float tractor are the key equipments of the project and are the key research and development targets.
