The O-type shut-off ball valve is a quarter-turn on-off valve primarily used for controlling the flow of media. This series of ball valves features a round hole in the ball, allowing direct connection to the body's flow channel when open, offering high flow capacity. Compared to plug valves, it has a smaller structural size, lighter weight, and a self-cleaning function between the plug and seat, making it ideal for viscous, fibrous media, and media containing suspended solid particles. It also exhibits low thermal expansion impact due to temperature changes and provides excellent sealing performance. Widely applied in industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, chemical fiber, pulp and paper, medicine, and hydroelectric stations, it meets the needs of remote control for process parameters like flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level for all gases, liquids, or corrosive media.
