It is necessary to regularly check whether there is mud or plugging in the radiator in the wrecker . Radiator cleaning can be done in the following way: Use a hose perpendicular to the radiator of the wrecker from top to bottom to flush the back of the radiator core. Carefully flush each surface of the heat sink one minute after the other. If there is no dirt flushed from the radiator, then you should not be struggling. You can use compressed air to blow the radiator core down vertically. The air pressure used should be less than 490kPa of compressed air, and Keep the distance above 30 cm. It is also the use of compressed air blowing on each surface of the radiator core every one minute until no moisture is blown out.

 

Be careful not to damage or bend the heat sink. If you do not remove the radiator for cleaning, then you need to put some parts around it, such as speakers, windshields and fans. Then prevent the ingress of water after wrapping it with a connector and tape. When it is questioned whether there is breakage and crack in the radiator, and where the coolant leaks out, the pressure method can be used to check the radiator. Use the heatsink's tester connector and radiator cap tester to pressurize the heatsink. The pressure value tested was 157 kPa. The radiator of the wrecker was completely immersed in a container filled with water, and the pressure of the test was applied to check whether there was a leak.

Drain engine coolant from the wrecker radiator. Turn the steering wheel and deflect the front wheel to the right. Remove the front fender liner (right side). Loosen the fixing bolt of the water pump pulley before releasing the tension of the driving belt. Remove the drive belt. Disassemble the pump pulley. Disassemble the pump. Loosen the pump fixing bolts in diagonal order. When the pump is disassembled, the engine coolant will leak from the body, so a container is attached below. Check after disassembly. Visually inspect the pump body and blades for visible scale or rust, and ensure that the blade shaft is not loose.

Exclude engine coolant in the radiator of the wrecker . Turn the steering wheel and turn the front wheel to the right. Remove the lower front fender right liner. Before loosening the belt tension, loosen the pump's pulley holding screw. When disassembling the pump, drive belt, and water pump pulley, it is necessary to loosen the fixing bolt of the water pump in the order of the diagonal. If during the process of dismantling, it is found that the coolant from the engine leaks from the upper part of the unloading body, a container can be attached below.
