At present, the whole mechanized technology and equipment involved in deep cultivation, fertilization, trematode, pruning and picking in tea garden production have been successfully developed. According to the person in charge of the project team and the researcher Xiao Hongru from the Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, the project team developed the applicable machinery. The mountain tea garden is mainly based on light-weight and detachable machinery. The tea farmers can carry the crane up the mountain and assemble quickly. Quick operation; hilly slopes and plain tea gardens have a multi-functional tea garden tractor and supporting machinery, and one tractor can drive six different functions of the machine. Taking the deep cultivation of tea gardens as an example, a group of deep-plowing machines can operate 3 mu of land per hour in hilly slopes and plain tea gardens, and the labor of one laborer is only about 1 mu per day. In addition, the project team has specially developed a famous tea picking machine, which can reduce the rate of mechanized tea-cutting tea from 40% to less than 10%.

It is understood that at present, the whole process of mechanized technology and equipment for tea garden production has been tested and demonstrated in more than 3 million mu in 22 major tea producing provinces across the country, and the accumulated labor production cost has reached about 900 million yuan.
