2. The hydrostatic pressure test of the fire hydrant plug. Inspection method: Connect the test device with pressure gauge to the fire hydrant outlet, open the fire hydrant valve, and observe the pressure value on the pressure gauge. Standard requirements: The pressure of the fire hydrant bolt should meet the design requirements and should not exceed 1.00 MPa.
3, fire hydrant bolt outlet pressure test. Inspection method: Connect the test device with pressure gauge and fire hose and fire water gun to the fire hydrant outlet, open the fire hydrant valve to release water, and observe the pressure value on the pressure gauge. Standard requirements: The outlet pressure of the fire hydrant bolt should meet the design requirements and should not exceed 0.5 MPa. If it is greater than, the hydrant should be equipped with a pressure reducing device.
4. The most unfavorable point of the fire hydrant is the hydrostatic pressure test. Inspection method: Connect the test device with pressure gauge to the fire hydrant outlet at the most unfavorable point of the system, open the fire hydrant valve, and observe the pressure value on the pressure gauge. Standard requirements: When the building height does not exceed 100m, the hydrostatic pressure of the fire hydrant bolt at the most unfavorable point of the system shall not be less than 0.07MPa; when the building height exceeds 100m, it shall not be less than 0.15MPa.
5. The most unfavorable point of the fire hydrant is the water pressure check test. Inspection method: Connect the fire water gun and water hose with pressure gauge to the fire hydrant outlet at the most unfavorable point of the system, open the fire hydrant valve, and observe the pressure value on the fire water gun pressure gauge. Standard requirements: the length of the water column of the general building fire water gun should not be less than 7m; the height of the building should not exceed 100m and the building of Class A and Class B, the civil building with more than six floors, the building of more than four floors, the warehouse, etc., the water column of the fire water gun should not be less than 10m; For high-rise buildings with a building height of more than 100m, the water-filled water gun should not be less than 13m.
6, fire pump room on-site start fire pump inspection test. The following inspections and tests should be conducted at least once a quarter. Operation steps and methods: First, check whether the fire pump room is equipped with communication, fire emergency lighting equipment, and whether the fire pump control switch is set in the automatic state. The second is to manually operate the fire pump start and stop buttons on the fire pump room pump control cabinet, observe the fire pump action and the control room fire control equipment signal display, and use the stopwatch to test the fire pump start running time. Inspection standard requirements: First, the fire pump room should be equipped with fire emergency lighting equipment, set up communication equipment directly connected with the fire control room, and the switch of the fire hydrant control cabinet should be set in the automatic state. Second, the fire pump start and stop function is normal, it should be put into normal operation within 60S, and feedback to the control room fire control equipment.
7. The control room remotely starts the fire pump inspection test. The following inspections and tests should be conducted at least once a quarter. Operation steps and methods: manually operate the fire pump start and stop buttons on the fire control equipment and manual direct control device of the control room, observe the action of the fire pump and the signal display of the fire control equipment startup, and test the start time of the fire pump with the stopwatch. . The fire control equipment shall be capable of receiving and displaying the pump's operating signals.
8. The fire hydrant button starts the pump function check test. Inspection method: Start a fire hydrant button to observe whether the fire pump is moving, and whether the control room fire control device emits an audible and visual alarm signal and displays its position. Standard requirements: After the fire hydrant button is activated, its indicator light should be bright and the light should be red. Under indoor light conditions, it should be clearly visible at a distance of 3 meters.
9, voltage system function check test. The following inspections and tests should be conducted at least once a quarter. Operation steps and methods: simulate the upper limit pressure and lower limit pressure of the design of the constant pressure pump. When the electric contact pressure gauge reaches the lower limit pressure value, the steady pressure pump can start immediately; when the upper limit pressure value is reached, the steady pressure pump can stop running. . Test standard: When the system is lower than the design minimum pressure, the steady pressure pump should be started immediately. When the system design pressure is reached, the steady pressure pump should stop running automatically.
