Recently, it was reported that Tray Semiconductor has developed a series of high-speed voltage regulators and XC6227 series with a reverse current prevention function and a maximum output current of 700mA.
The XC6227 series is a high-speed voltage regulator IC with a maximum output current of up to 700mA with reverse current prevention function, high accuracy (±1%), high ripple suppression (65dB @ 1kHz), and low dropout voltage (120mV@IOUT = 300mA). This IC uses a high-speed negative feedback circuit to suppress sudden changes in load current and fluctuations in output voltage to provide a stable power supply.
Because the anti-backflow function is mounted and a voltage equal to or more than the input terminal (VIN) is applied to the output terminal (VOUT), reverse flow, current consumption reduction, and IC protection can be prevented.
