Bai Yuping serves as the chairman of the company's sixth board of directors
At the meeting, all directors elected Bai Yuping as the chairman of the company's sixth session of the board of directors, until the expiration of the company's sixth session of the board of directors.
Prior to this, Aeolus Tire had issued an announcement nominating Bai Yiping as a director candidate. Bai Yuping was the general manager of China Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Fengshen.
Wang Feng, former chairman of Fengshen shares, resigned due to “work changeâ€. At the Aeolus Tire's major asset restructuring investment briefing held recently, some investors asked Wang Feng where to go, but Fengshen did not give a response.
The board of directors of Fengshen shares also adjusted the personnel of each special committee.
The members of the Strategy Committee include Bai Yuping, Zhang Lihua, Jiao Chonggao, Zheng Yuli, Xiao Zhixing, Xue Shuang, Yang Yichuan, and Bai Yuping as the chairman.
Members of the Audit Committee include Bai Yuping, Xue Shuang, and Yang Yichuan. Xue Shuang is the chairman of the committee.
Members of the Nomination Committee include Bai Yuping, Xiao Zhixing, Xue Shuang, and Xiao Zhixing as chairman.
Members of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee include Bai Yuping, Xiao Zhixing, Yang Yichuan, and Yang Yichuan as the chairmen.
