This is what I just received from Jeff Rudolph. It’s an account of an incident that happened last week, and I thought it was important to share.

**Date:** May 30, 2021
**Location:** Round Lake responded to MABAS Box 26-1. The address was 37nW Big Horn Drive in Hainesville.
When the crews arrived, they encountered a severe fire in one of the six townhouses within a multi-unit complex. The flames had already spread to an adjacent unit, making the situation critical. Thankfully, the quick response and decisive action by the firefighters managed to contain the fire before it could cause more extensive damage.
The master streams were deployed immediately, which helped knock down most of the fire. This allowed the crews to effectively stop any further spread of the blaze. From what Jeff described, the fire was intense but thankfully under control thanks to their efforts.
