It’s 10:40 PM on November 21st, and the Crystal Lake Fire Department received a call about a fully engulfed barn fire at 5116 Mt. Thabor Rd. They quickly dispatched Engine 341, Engine 343, Engine 344, Ambulance 351, Ambulance 353, Ambulance 354, Battalion 330, Chief 303, Chief 305, and Tender 371. Automatic aid was also provided by Algonquin with a chief and a tower ladder, along with a McHenry engine acting as RIT. Not long after, Ambulance 353 arrived at the scene and reported that the pole barn was completely engulfed, with an exposure risk. They immediately called for MABAS box 5-371 to be upgraded to the second alarm level. This brought additional resources, including engines from Huntley and Barrington Countryside, tenders from Woodstock, Wauconda, Wonder Lake, Fox River Grove, and McHenry. Barrington sent a truck, Cary sent a squad with a cascade system, and EMS units from Carpentersville, West Dundee, and East Dundee joined the effort. Chiefs from McHenry (RIT), Woodstock, and Huntley were also present. Special equipment included Rehab South, an Algonquin Safety Officer, a Cary Safety Officer, AMA 56, a Huntley Safety Officer, and the Salvation Army Canteen. Fire Station 1 had their quarters changed, with a Lake Zurich engine and Pingree Grove ambulance being deployed. Roughly an hour and a half into the incident, command upgraded to the third alarm level. This added the Lake Zurich engine, tenders from Richmond, Marengo, and Union, a Cary chief, Rehab North, Air 5, and a Fox Lake engine for change of quarters. After the third alarm, command requested three extra engine companies, which came from Hampshire, Rutland Dundee, and South Elgin. These photos were taken from a subdivision just west of the scene. Special thanks to Tyler Tobolt for these incredible shots and the detailed report. --- [Image Caption: A night view of the fire scene, showing intense flames and smoke billowing into the sky. Honed Steel Tube

1.Description: Honed tube is a kind of smooth bore steel tube used to manufacture hydraulic cylinder barrels that is the core part of a piece of hydraulic cylinder. Honed tubes are widely used in hydraulic cylinders, cylinders, hydraulic machinery, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery, agricultural machinery, filling machinery, mining machinery and other fields.
Honing is a kind of machining technology. Through honing head, the inner hole of cold drawn pipe is processed by reciprocating high-speed grinding technology, so that the inner hole can meet the requirements of tolerance size and surface roughness that we need.

Honed tube is a kind of smooth bore steel tube used to manufacture hydraulic cylinder barrels that is the core part of a piece of hydraulic cylinder.

Difference between honed tube and skived & roller burnished tube: In hydraulic cylinder industry, there are 2 solutions for bore treatment: Honing, and skiving&roller burnishing. Honing or skiving&roller burnishing leads to different internal surface image, but both ensure good roughness.

2.Commodity: Cold drawn seamless honed tube for hydraulic cylinder

3.Size range: 40mm*30mm-580mm*500mm
