Congratulations to Chief Tom Heller and the Forest View Fire Department on the arrival of their brand-new 2018 Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance! This state-of-the-art unit, built on a Ford E-450 chassis, is packed with high-quality, custom features designed to enhance both performance and comfort. It includes all Whelen LED lighting for maximum visibility, a custom “Coolbar” HVAC system for optimal climate control, Stryker Power Load and Power Cot for easier patient handling, an EQ2B siren and airhorn system for improved emergency response, and a fully customized gear compartment to store firefighting equipment and SCBAs. The new ambulance is not only functional but also visually striking, making it a proud addition to the department’s fleet. We’re thrilled to welcome them to the Fire Service family and appreciate their trust in our services. This is a great milestone for Forest View FD!
