Product Details:
1. A unique single or double blade impeller design significantly increases dirt capacity, allowing the pump to handle fiber materials with a diameter up to five times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter about 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal is made from anti-corrosive hard tungsten carbide material, with an improved dual-seal design that ensures long-term operation in the oil chamber, enabling safe continuous operation for more than 8,000 hours.
3. The compact overall structure, small size, low noise, and remarkable energy-saving effect make it easy to maintain, eliminating the need for pumping stations and enabling underwater operation, greatly reducing project costs.
4. The pump's oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-jamming leakage detection sensor, and the stator winding has embedded thermal components for absolute motor protection.
5. It comes with an automatic safety protection control cabinet, providing complete protection against leakage, overload, and overheating, improving product safety and reliability based on user needs.
6. A float switch automatically controls the pump’s start and stop according to the desired water level, making it extremely user-friendly without supervision.
