Stainless Steel Utensil PVD Gold Plating Machine

This advanced PVD coating machine uses vacuum technology combined with titanium and four types of gases to produce vibrant decorative coatings on tableware surfaces. It offers a range of colors including gold, silver, rose gold, blue, black, and more. Unlike traditional electroplating methods, this machine is cost-effective and environmentally friendly, producing no harmful waste. It can apply decorative coatings to stainless steel spoons, forks, knives, flatware, kitchen sinks, doors, stoves, and other related products. This machine has already been supplied to renowned kitchenware manufacturers such as WMF, BRG, and others.
The machine utilizes arc ion evaporation and magnetron sputtering cathode glow discharge techniques to ionize and deposit the target material onto the base material. It also uses resistance heating in a vacuum to melt metal wires or vaporize metal molecules. This allows for metallization of plastic surfaces, mobile phone cases, and similar items. Special films are used to achieve non-conductive functions and electromagnetic shielding, meeting high-end electronics manufacturing standards.

The production of street light poles includes many processes: the cutting of trapezoidal plates, the bending of street light poles, the stitching of bending openings, the welding of bending openings, the deformation correction of street lighting poles, surface grinding, welding of ribs, surface galvanizing.

Production process of street lamp poles
1. Cutting and cutting (rolling shearing machine)
1. Before cutting, firstly adjust the inclination of the cutting machine to match the required longitudinal scissors.
2. Determine the position of the steel plate to ensure the maximum size of the remaining material, so that the remaining material can be used.
2. Bending
Bending is the most critical process in the production of light poles. The quality of the bending directly affects the quality of the light pole and cannot be repaired after bending. The specific attention is as follows:
1. First remove the slag of the sheet, check the length, width and straightness of the sheet, the non-straightness is less than or equal to 1/1000, if the non-straightness meets the requirements, make corrections, especially the polygonal rod must ensure the non-straightness.
2.Increase the bending depth of the bending machine and determine the position of the sheet.
3.Correctly draw the line on the sheet material section, the error is ≤ soil 1mm. Correct alignment, correct bending, so that the pipe seam is minimized, and the height of the two sides is not more than 5mm.

3. Welding:Straight seam welding is performed on the bent pipe seam during welding. Since the welding is automatic submerged arc/CO2 gas shielded welding, attention should be paid to adjusting the welding position during welding to ensure the straightness of the welding seam.

4. Repair and polish:Repair and grinding is to repair the defective pipe after automatic welding. The repairers should check one by one, and repair the defective places. After the repair welding is completed, they will be repaired. The repaired joints are basically the same as the automatic welding seam.
5. Plastic surgery:The shaping process includes the straightening of the light pole and the full circle and polygonal diagonal dimensions of the two ends of the pole. The general tolerance is 1t; ± 2mm. The straightness error of the return rod does not exceed: ≤1.5/1000.
6, Milling bottom face:The flushing process is to flatten both ends of the bent tube blank to ensure that the nozzle is perpendicular to the center line, and there is no angle and height unevenness.
7. Install the bottom plate:The key to spot welding the bottom flange and the rib plate is to ensure that the bottom flange is perpendicular to the straight center line of the lamp, the rib plate is perpendicular to the bottom flange, and is parallel to the straight bus bar of the lamp.
8. Weld bottom flange:Welding requirements refer to the national standard welding process to ensure the welding quality. The welding seam should be neat and beautiful.
