The Secondary Cleaner is specifically designed for continuous-running belt conveyors operating in harsh conditions. As the second stage in a multi-stage cleaning system, it effectively removes sticky material from the conveyor belt. The scraper can be made of two types of materials: polyurethane and tungsten alloy.

| Technical Features |
1. This type of belt cleaner adopts spring tension device, which can make the scraper press the belt closely when the scraper is worn or belt jumps.
2. The scraper is split-type, so the replacement can be separately done according to the wearing conditions, which is simpler and more economical. |
| Packing and Freight |
1. Packing: We use standard export packing cases made of composite plates with thickness about 9mm to 15mm, as per export requirements. We also offer wooden cases with fumigation and supply the Inspection Certificate of Fumigation.
2. Freight: We cooperate with international shipping agencies to ensure timely delivery. We usually accept liner shipping, but we are flexible to accommodate specific requirements. Express and air transport are available for urgent needs, though costs may vary. International multimodal transport is also an option for larger shipments. |

| Insurance |

Usually, CIF is effectuated by the sellers at 110% of the invoice value, covering Free from Particular Average (FPA) as per China Insurance Clauses (CIC) dated 1/1/1981. Of course, if you need other services, we can also cover with particular average (w.p.a.) or All Risks with War Risks.
2. How should I pay for my orders?

3. Can I take the goods by express or airlift if the need is urgent?
We can move goods by express and air transport if you really have an emergency demand for these goods. However, we cannot take the resulting costs, and the scale of the goods must be small.
