Compressed Radiator Recycling Machine Features & Description:
This plant is used for crushing scrap radiators into small pieces and separating copper, aluminum, and other metals. It offers high recycling efficiency and separation rates (up to 99%). The system can process over 1000kg of scrap radiators per hour without any copper loss during the recycling process. |
The machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and dust collector. The first crusher can also be used for processing scrap copper wires and other types of metal. |
Both standard and compressed radiators from air conditioners and cars can be processed by this line. There are no size restrictions on the radiators. |
The output copper and aluminum pieces can be reused, and the size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. |
The entire system is controlled by a PLC controller, requiring only two workers to operate. All equipment and spare parts are of high quality and designed for long-term use. We also provide necessary tools to help maintain the complete plant. |
Magnetic separators use ferromagnetic roller technology, achieving a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage and has a cleaning efficiency of 99%, ensuring no secondary pollution.
Air flow separation achieves a rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: This unit cuts the radiator into small pieces of 10-15cm.
3. Second Shredder: Further reduces the size of the crushed material.
4. Separator: Separates copper and aluminum pellets.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
