Compressed Radiator Recycling Machine Features & Description:

This plant is used for crushing scrap radiators into small pieces and separating copper, aluminum, and other waste steel.

The entire plant has high recycling efficiency and separation rate (up to 99%). It can process over 1000kg of scrap radiators per hour with no copper loss during the recycling.

This machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and dust collector. The first crusher can also be used for crushing scrap copper wires and other metals.

Normal radiators from air conditioners and cars can be processed by this line, as well as compressed radiators. There is no limit on radiator size.

Copper and aluminum pieces produced can be reused. The size of the output pieces can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

The entire line is controlled by a PLC controller. Only two workers are needed to operate the equipment. All equipment and spare parts are of high quality and have a long service life. We will also supply necessary equipment to help customers maintain the complete plant.

The first crusher is designed with double rollers and offers advantages such as low noise and a large crushing chamber. The cutter of the first crusher uses special tool steel and has a wide crushing range, featuring splitting, tearing, and squeezing.
Magnetic separators use ferromagnetic roller separators, achieving a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage and achieves a dust-cleaning rate of 99%, with no secondary pollution.
Separated by an air flow separator, the separation rate reaches 97%.
1. Conveyor: Place radiators on the conveyor and send them to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: This crusher cuts the radiator into small pieces of about 10-15cm in size.
3. Second Shredder: The shredder further reduces the crushed radiator into final small pieces.
4. Separator: Copper pellets and aluminum pellets come out of this vibrating separator.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
