The meteorological department reminded the public to pay attention to warm clothing, proper placement of outdoor items susceptible to strong winds, and pay attention to new information on the cooling of winds. Relevant departments must do a good job in heating work, and reinforce the structures that are easily blown by wind, such as doors and windows, hoardings, scaffolds, and temporary structures.
