First, the fan

1. Fan performance: It requires the famous brand and data to correspond to each other and all have the obvious signs of using fire smoke exhaust and all meet the designed air volume, wind pressure and power requirements. It is often found on site that the exhaust fan does not meet the continuous operation of 30 minutes at 280 degrees. Check if the fan motor is effectively protected (the motor is not in direct contact with the ventilation medium). 2, fan protection: outdoor installation of the fan to be installed on the roof, the indoor installation of the fan to be installed in the fan room. The original fire code allows installation in indoor spaces, but it must be protected around. 3, fan start: Check the manual start button installation position is easy to find, easy to operate, and there are obvious signs. 4. Fan installation: whether it is fixed and whether there is more vibration in operation. 5, fan soft joints meet the fire protection requirements.

Second, the wind pipe

1. The exhaust pipe and positive pressure air supply pipe installed in the ceiling shall all be in heat treatment 2. The thickness of the flue gas pipe of the anti-exhaust pipe shall meet the thickness of the high-pressure air pipe, and the connection shall be flanged.

Third, fire damper

1. Fire temperature valve nameplate should have action temperature mark, and is consistent with the design. 2. The location of the fire damper installation should be adjacent to the object to be protected (not more than 200mm away from the firewall or fireproof partition wall) 3. Whether the pipes on both sides of the firewall are reinforced when crossing the fire partition. 4, fire damper open state and design. 5, fire dampers should have a separate hanger.

Fourth, smoke exhaust

1. The type of smoke outlet should be consistent with the design. Excluding the smoke exhaust system with a smoke partition, it can be used outside the normal air outlet. The exhaust outlet should be a normally-controlled remote metal outlet with remote + local control. 2. The manual opening device should be installed in a prominent position and have a fire sign. 3. The exhaust port actuator is in place and the effective air intake area of ​​the exhaust port meets the design requirements. 4. The installation position of the exhaust outlet must be installed at a height, at least 1.8 meters above the ground. 5. Check whether the installation and enclosure of the smoke prevention zone meet the requirements. Whether the smoke exhaust port is installed in the corresponding smoke prevention zone and is consistent with the design position (position change may have a protection distance of more than 30 meters).

Fifth, positive pressure air outlet

1. The tuyere type should be consistent with the design. The air supply to the front room is not limited to two floors. The positive pressure air supply system can be used outside the normal air supply opening. The rest of the air supply systems should be normally closed and remotely controlled in place. Staircase ventilation is generally used from the vertical outlet and other constant air outlet. 2. Check the open state of the tuyere is consistent with the design (remote control tuyere should always be closed). 3. The actuator is installed in place and does not affect the effective ventilation area of ​​the vent. 4. Check whether the manual opening device is in an obvious position and is convenient to open.

Six, system and linkage

1. Whether the manual button can turn on the fan. Whether the supplemental air system automatically starts the supplemental air blower. 2. Manually open any exhaust vent (or positive pressure vent) fan can start. 3. Whether the fire control room monitors the opening and closing status of each fan or tuyere. 4. Whether the manual button installation position has obvious signs, whether it is convenient to open, and whether the button has a system label.

Seven, smoke exhaust system

1. Whether the exhaust area is installed according to the design requirements. If, for example, the natural supplemental air system is to check for wind tunnels. Natural wind outdoor air inlet speed is exceeded. 2. The blower fan should be interlocked with the corresponding exhaust fan.

Eight, other

1. The exhaust system that doubles as the usual exhaust system checks whether the switching device is in place. 2. Whether the air ducts of the ventilation and air-conditioning systems pass through the fire-proof zone, pass through the ventilation and air-conditioning room and whether there are fire dampers at the partition walls and floors of the important or fire-hazardous rooms. Whether the air duct before and after the fire damper is reinforced and the heat insulating material (insulation) is incombustible material. 3. Whether the kitchen, bathroom, toilets and other vertical exhaust ducts are fire-retardant or fire dampers are installed on the branch pipes. 4. The outdoor exhaust outlet of the exhaust system should be far away from the outdoor air inlet of positive pressure ventilation, and the distance between them should be at least 10 meters. When installing from top to bottom, the exhaust outlet should be installed at the top and not less than 3 meters above the suction outlet outside the positive pressure fan. 5. The fan outlet of the mechanical pressurized air supply system shall be provided with a check valve. 6, positive pressure air supply parts should be set to prevent overpressure measures. Generally use the pressure valve or fan frequency adjustment. 7. The soft joints connecting the smoke exhauster and the smoke exhaust pipe adopt ordinary canvas. 8, fire dampers, smoke fire dampers are not set up for independent support and fire treatment. 9. The brick shaft has holes, and the inner surface is not smoothed with mortar, and the bottom of the shaft is not sealed. 10. Pay attention to the sealing of the joints between the iron air duct and the civil air duct.

Nine, data inspection

1. Is there a design change when it is inconsistent with the design? 2. Whether the fan or fire damper has certificate of conformity and technical data related to the product. 3. Whether the insulation material has the factory certificate and the permit procedure of the local competent authority.
