In MABAS Division 21, the Chicago Ridge Fire Department has recently been added to the site. The department operates out of two stations—one staffed by career firefighters and the other by paid-on-call volunteers. This mix of staffing models allows them to efficiently serve their community with a strong commitment to public safety. The department’s fleet includes a variety of apparatus, showcasing a well-rounded approach to emergency response. They have an E-ONE tower ladder, as well as engines from Pierce, Luverne, and E-ONE. Their ambulance fleet is also diverse, featuring units from Road Rescue and Aurora Truck Body, ensuring they are well-equipped for both fire and medical emergencies.
